1. Please visit the web site of the Hungarian Embassy or Consulate in your country and read all about visa application procedure.
   
   You may need to register online or by phone for the visa interview.
   
   
2. Send your travel dates and confirm your mailing address to Sarolta Szabo at szabos@ceu.hu, program coordinator of the CEU Summer University Office as soon as you have received the acceptance letter by email.
   
   
3. Sarolta will send you the original of your invitation letter with the room reservation.
   
   
4. For other information about necessary visa documents, please consult the Embassy web site.
   
   The visa process may last 30 or more days, so please do not postpone it to the last minute.
