2 weeks after notification participants confirm acceptance and housing needs
April 30 Early bird fee payment deadline
mid May activation of the e-learning site with readings
May 28 deadline of tuition payment for fee-paying participants
6 weeks prior to arrival - by May 31 participants needing a visa reserve tickets, confirm exact travel dates to SUN; SUN Office sends out original invitation letter and room reservation for visa application
30 days prior to arrival - by June 12 participants submit visa applications
Sunday, July 11 participant arrivals, registration
9am -10 am, Monday, July 12 orientation session; classes start
July 23 course ends
July 24, 10 a.m. check out from hotel
