mid April email notification about the decision
2 weeks after notification participants confirm acceptance and housing needs
April 30 Early bird fee payment deadline
mid May activation of the e-learning site with readings
6 weeks prior to arrival - by May 24 participants needing a visa reserve tickets, confirm exact travel dates to SUN; SUN Office sends out original invitation letter and room reservation for visa application
May 28 deadline of tuition payment for fee-paying participants
30 days prior to arrival - by June 5 participants submit visa applications
Sunday, July 4 participant arrivals, registration
9am -10 am, Monday, July 5 orientation session; classes start
July 9 course ends
