mid-May Activation of the e-learning site with readings
6 weeks prior to arrival - by May 18 Participants needing a visa reserve tickets, confirm exact travel dates to SUN; SUN Office sends out original invitation letter and room reservation for visa application
30 days prior to arrival - by May 30 Participants submit visa applications
2 weeks after confirmation of acceptance Deadline of tuition payment for fee-paying participants
on a rolling basis Participants confirm housing needs
