Application forms are strongly encouraged to be submitted through the on-line registration system.
When you visit the page it will say "There is a problem with this website's security certificate" Please ignore it and click on the third line which says: "Continue to this website". If it offers a certificate, accept it and step further.

In addition to the completed application form, the following supporting documents are requested to be sent:
  • A resume / CV

  • Academic records (scanned copies of the diploma and/or transcript.) Applicants who are near completion of their law degree should submit an up-to-date transcript and an official letter from their university certifying their enrollment and expected date of completion.

    Currently enrolled and former CEU students' academic records are on file at CEU, therefore they do not need to send a copy of their transcript or diploma.

  • A motivation letter emphasizing previous knowledge and experience of European Union law, as well as the relevance of the course to the candidate's studies and/or career. Please make sure you indicate in the letter whether you wish to take the course for Diploma or for Certificate. For more details see the "Enrollment Options" section on the Credits and Certificates page.

  • Attachments are required to be submitted electronically (in Ms Word or scanned documents) to . In exceptional cases when applicants do not have easy access to email, attachments are accepted by regular mail.
