2 weeks after notification Participants confirm acceptance and housing needs
mid-May Activation of the e-learning site with readings
6 weeks prior to arrival - by May 11 Participants needing a visa reserve tickets, confirm exact travel dates to SUN; SUN Office sends out original invitation letter and room reservation for visa application
30 days prior to arrival - by May 23 Participants submit visa applications
29 May Deadline of tuition payment for fee-paying participants
21 June (Sunday) Participant arrivals, registration
22 June (Monday) Orientation session, classes start
